1. All clients are expected to remain kind and professional when communicating with any Nightsky Studios employees. Abusive behavior such as name calling, slurs, harrassment, and bullying will NOT be tolerated and can result in the cancellation of a commission.2. When contacting Zena or any of their employees please allow 48 hours for a response. This includes leaving comments on any Nightsky Studio social media platforms.3. If found participating in hate groups Nightsky Studios reserves the right to cancel the commission. This includes groups with known Nazi ties or that attack minority groups such as LGBTQ+, BIPOC, or Disabled individuals.
