Artwork Terms of Service
1. Payment must be made up front and in full.

2. I will send the sketch in for any edits that is the time to ask for changes. After that the piece will be lined and colored. No changes can be made afterwards and the piece will not be remade afterwards.

3. Shipping must be paid for in order to receive the original copy of the artwork. I am not responsible for anything damaged in the mail.

4. Marker and paint colors will not always match reference sheets due to computer screens and the fact that I can only get markers and paints to match so close to certain colors on a reference sheet. I will certainly do my best to match your characters colors but I cannot always guarantee that it will be a perfect match in comparison to any digital art you’ve gotten in the past of your character.

Fursuit Terms of Service
1. I have the right to deny service for any reason.

2. When buying parts from me you must put down half up front to pay for materials and the other half must be paid before I ship it to you.

3. If you do not pay me then I have the right to withhold your Fursuit parts and then sell them off as premades. Any unwillingness to pay your dues for labor or shipping in a timely manner will result in a removal from my queue and I will sell them. Payment plans are available and I can work with any sort of plan!

4. My suit parts all come with a year warranty. Though I am not responsible for purposeful damage, if anything general wear and tear happens to your part between the time you receive it and a year you can send them back to me and I will fix it as needed. Note: I take the date you receive your commission in the mail.
The things my warranty will cover:
-Popped seams
-Eye and claw replacements
-Belt loop fixes
Size fixes- If you find something is too small or too big I will readjust it for you.The things my warranty will not cover:
-Ripped fur
Replacing parts entirelyIf it is a special case or something not on this list please contact me. I will then determine wether or not I will cover it.

5. I do not mind if you alter my parts but if you do then the warranty as stated in #4 is no longer valid. If I find that you altered the part when sending it back to me for repairs then it will be immediately sent back to you without any fixes.

6. My prices are non-negotiable, if you are unhappy with them then you are more then welcome to seek other artists.

7. I need a clear reference for all parts. I cannot go off of a detailed descriptions.

8. You must be able to provide exact measurements and templates of what I am asking for. No two people are the same size and I want to ensure that everything fits you nicely.

9. I am not responsible for anything that gets damaged in the mail.

10. When contacting me I ask that you do not spam me. It makes me very anxious. If I do not respond fast then assume I am asleep or busy. I am a human too and I need to rest. I will get back to you within 24 hours.
